Stitch (2009)
In the early days of personal computing it was obvious to all that every image
was built up from big, chunky squares each of one colour.
The effect was undesirable and unwanted not least because no curve looked smooth.
Technology has progressed sufficiently for the effect to be worth recreating and
investigating from an artistic point of view.
Stitch is my excursion into the world of pixelated patterns.
