Entity N° 5 (2007)

The spectacular geometric images known as fractals arose when
mathematicians used computers to look at the nature of complex number iteration.
Entity N° 5 was the result of a couple of days spent playing around with
complex polynomials of degree five.
I've only scratched the surface of the possibilities from this line of inquiry.
So far the images I get are a little too mathematical looking to be proper 'art'.
But who knows what else I might find out there, just a little perpendicular to reality.
(Sorry, mathematician 'in joke')
